Will you do a custom order?
For any inquiries regarding custom orders, please visit the Contact Us page and we will contact you as soon as possible.
Can I cancel or make changes to my order?
No; once an order is placed we are unable to make changes or cancel your order. To avoid this predicament, please confirm all information before placing your order.
What do I do if my order arrives damaged or it has not been delivered?
Please contact Customer Service through the Contact Us page to request assistance. Any order(s) that arrive damaged must be reported within ten days of delivery. In order to file a damage claim, we may request photographic proof of your damaged order.
Do you offer any discounts or promotions?
