Refund Policy

SECTION 1 - RETURNS 
Purchases made on our website may be returned for a refund within 30 days from the date of delivery. If 30 days have passed since the delivery of the product, we cannot offer you a refund.

Customers are responsible for the shipping costs and handling charges associated with shipping items back to us. Please email us for further instructions.

SECTION 2 - CONDITIONS OF RETURN
In order for us to proceed in giving you a refund, the following conditions must be met:

• We will need to know your order number.
• Items must be in its original condition (unmarked, unaltered, and undamaged).
• Empty containers cannot be accepted for refund.
• Any item you have accepted and then returned is your responsibility until it reaches our warehouse. Please, therefore, ensure that you send your item back to us using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods. Please package the product securely.

SECTION 3 - NON-RETURNABLE PRODUCTS
Several types of goods such as gift cards and other similar products are exempted from being returned.
