Shipping Policy

This Shipping Policy applies to all products purchased through our website https://www.happilymeco.com. We are committed to delivering the product in perfect condition at the address indicated by the customer in the checkout page. We reserve the right to change this policy anytime without any notification.

SECTION 1 - HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?
We offer free shipping on all orders over USD$99.00. Shipping charges for orders under USD$99.00 will be calculated and shown at checkout.

Please note, regardless of the order amount, there will no free shipping for international customers. The standard shipping rates will apply to international customers which may change from time to time.

SECTION 2 - HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO PROCESS AN ORDER?
Orders may take up to 14 to 21 business days (excludes weekends and holidays) to process and ship, but most orders ship sooner. Orders may include multiple packages and can arrive at different times within the delivery window. We are unable to relay delivery instructions to the carrier.

SECTION 3 - WHAT CARRIERS DO YOU USE FOR DELIVERY?
We use USPS, FedEx, and SmartPost (the combination of FedEx and USPS).

SECTION 4 - WHAT METHODS OF SHIPPING DO YOU OFFER?
Flat Rate: Carrier is at our discretion, 2-9 business days (excludes weekends and holidays) for delivery. FedEx Ground: 3-5 business days (excludes weekends and holidays) for delivery. Free: Any orders that qualify for free shipment will be delivered via Flat Rate shipment.  

SECTION 5 - CAN I SPECIFICALLY REQUEST SHIPMENT VIA USPS?
No, we do not offer this as an option.  You can select flat rate shipping and there is a chance that the order will be delivered by USPS or SmartPost. 

SECTION 6 - I LIVE IN HAWAII OR ALASKA, WHAT ARE MY SHIPPING OPTIONS?
Hawaii and Alaska have their own shipping rate that you will see during check out.

SECTION 7 – WHAT WILL HAPPEN IF I PROVIDE WRONG DELIVERY ADDRESS BY MISTAKE?
We will not take charge, or make returns for lost or undelivered packages for wrong shipping addresses, please be sure to provide correct and accurate shipping addresses when you are making a purchase.

SECTION 8 – DO WE OFFER INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING?
Happily Meco ship internationally, however, standard shipping rates will apply based on the country and region of the customers.

There is no free shipping regardless of the order price for international customers.
